Food For The Soul

Here at Heart & Soul Retreats, we are passionate about leading a healthy and balanced, Sattvic lifestyle. During your stay with us, we invite you to gather in the dining hall, where three nutritious vegan meals per day are served at 8:00am, 1:00pm and 6:00pm.

As proponents of sustainable and local practices, we prioritize sourcing ingredients from nearby suppliers while maintaining exquisite organic gardens. We are dedicated to inspiring people to delve into the magic of vegan cuisine, and discover the rich tastes and textures that nature has to offer. Feel free to reach out before making a reservation to communicate any dietary needs; we're more than happy to make suitable arrangements.

Made With Love

Following our yogic tradition, all meals are cooked based on Ayurvedic philosophy, meaning that the meals we provide do not contain any animal-derived ingredients and are completely cruelty free. We also make an effort to ensure all of our meals are anti-inflammatory and drinks served are caffeine free. All of our meals are Prasadam – sacred food prepared through the process of loving selfless service. Like many cultures throughout the world, we offer our food to Krishna before we eat, to show our gratitude for the sun, the rain, and all of the blessings necessary to create our delicious meals.

Nourishing Recipes

Our breakfasts may include overnight soaked bircher muesli, fruit smoothie, scrambled tofu, an abundance of fresh fruit and sliced vegetable sticks or bread to dip into home-made hummus. Lunch and dinner normally comprise of curries, stir-fries, vegetable soups, and a variety of other international dishes. Lunch and dinner is accompanied by sweet desserts – including bliss balls, apple crumble, brownies, rice pudding, and cake. Organic fruit is available to snack on throughout the day, along with a selection of tea.
