Running every day of the week, our program comprises of twice daily yoga classes, a morning workshop and an evening sangha (community event). Between these activities you will also have plenty of downtime to rest and relax, book in for a massage or energy healing at our Healing Centre or explore the Royal National Park and surrounding beaches.

Situated in the heart of the valley surrounded by wildlife and natural bushland, our spiritual centre offers you the chance to experience a clean and sattvic (balanced) lifestyle while providing insight on what it’s like to live at an authentic yoga ashram based on Bhakti yoga.

Daily Program

6:30AM - YOGA CLASS

As a yogic community, Heart & Soul Retreats is home to a group of yoga teachers. Their individual styles vary, but the overarching theme is one of balance, relaxation, and alignment of body, mind, and soul. The morning class is generally more energising and intended to set you up for the day ahead.

8.00AM - BREAKFAST

Served upstairs in our beautiful dining hall overlooking the national park. All meals are completely plant based; and breakfast changes daily with options such as baked oats, museli, scrambled tofu, healthy muffins, cooked beans, kitcheri, fresh fruits and vegetable sticks.

11.30AM - WORKSHOP

Join in on our daily workshop, inspired by health, wellness or yogic philosophy. The facilitators offer a variety of topics – from mindfulness practices, to Vedic Astrology or Pranayama (breathwork) and so much more. These workshops support you to learn new skills, look at life from a different angle, and gain a fresh perspective.

1.00PM - LUNCH

Lunch is always a delicious plant based meal - ranging from menu options such as dahl, curry, tofu steaks and roast vegetables, salads, noodles and buddha bowls. Always included at lunch and dinner are a salad bar and dessert option.

4.00PM - YOGA CLASS

The afternoon yoga class is generally more restorative and intended to help you unwind and release tension within the body. The afternoon yoga class may be styles such as Yin or Restorative yoga and are always suited to all levels.

6.00PM - DINNER

Relax and enjoy an early dinner to ensure an amazing nights sleep. We offer an ever changing menu with nutritious options. All of our meals are served buffet style.

7.30PM - EVENING SANGHA

Each evening there is a beautiful community event after dinner. The events range from Kirtan (mantra chanting) to Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) to a sound healing journey. All of the evening events are aimed at deep relaxation and designed to help the body and mind reset.
