This May 25th, in anticipated collaboration with Jackson Merritt from ReWired Co , join us in this journey to be guided into ancient yogic breath techniques that allow you to connect to your breath and nourish your nervous system. Expect deep, energetic breathwork and  intentional yoga postures to optimise the body for a rejuvenating breath practice. 

With the support of community and nourishing vegan refreshments provided, expect to feel the uplifting power of collective practice as you surround yourself with like-minded others. Allow yourself to be guided, to breathe, release stored emotions, stagnant energy and bodily tensions, before closing off with a powerful guided meditation leaving you feeling whole, nourished and completely renewed.

Jackson’s presence welcomes you with warmth and positivity, he has an undeniable passion for deepening connections with the human spirit.

Jackson draws wisdom and insight through 13 years of experience as a Yoga Teacher Trainer, Breathwork facilitator, Personal Trainer and Youth Mentor. Today, Jackson leads ReWired Co, a community founded on Breathwork and conscious living and in his spare time you’ll find him running, cycling and doing all things movement, breath and connection.

 

About your Host

Christine has been immersed in her yoga practice since the age of 14.

What started as a curiosity over challenging movements, ultimately grew to become a deep appreciation of mindfulness and self-inquiry.

She quickly began employing her practice as a tool to help navigate daily challenges; bringing yoga both on and off her mat. As a physiotherapist, Christine's knowledge of human anatomy inspires her teaching of safe and functional practices.

Apart from sharing yoga, she's also a lover of the natural world and you'll find her rising up for animals, environmental awareness and all freedom fights in-between.

Dean Boyle is a lover of the ocean, surfing and all things conscious living.

A trained yoga teacher and massage therapist, he is constantly on the search for higher, more aligned ways of living that allow you to connect to your healthiest and fullest self.

In his spare time you’ll find him studying yoga and pushing the limits through breathwork.
