Taking Flight: East meets West in your half-day retreat

“The highest honour you have on earth, is the honour of being you.”

One day it clicks…You realise that life is made to be full to the brim, that you were made to be the best you could be, that everything is meant to assist you, encourage you, develop you, and urge you to weave, create, and cultivate the most exciting, aligned, satisfying, soul-igniting life you could ever, possibly live. That you are meant to wake up in a body, job, circumstance, and relationships that you actively chose, not merely settled for. This April 27th, squeeze the most from this lifetime and take flight as a fuller, brighter and bigger expression of yourself. Join Crystal in a half-day retreat in the midst of the Royal National Park.

Learn the Eastern philosophies and practices designed to awaken you to your true self and the Western neuroscience and therapeautic practices that create sustained change.

Breathwork, Vedic philosophy, Meditation, deep reflection and Neuroscience all combine together in this half-day retreat to launch you into taking flight as the fuller, brighter, more authentic version of you.

About your Host

Crystal is a Yogic Philosophy and Meditation teacher.

Trained in the Western Behavioural and Neuro sciences, and a former Child’s Therapist, she had felt a calling to the Eastern sciences early in life and began to dabble in meditation from 8 years of age.

Experiencing personally the transformative influences of such ancient practices, she now dedicates her time to studying the yogic scriptures and sharing its teachings with others.

Taking the neuroscience and behavioural therapies of the West and combining it with ancient Eastern philosophies, her workshops empower you to live your most intentional, fulfilling and authentic life.
